Exercise Classes
Classes Range from €6 (funded) up to €20 depending on size of class and venue location (Santry, Beaumont and Donnycarney and more venues to come).
Group Exercise class: Cost 5 sessions for €100
With nutritional therapy/exercise take home programs and chartered Physiotherapy.
Motivational drop in: Cost: €30 for 45mins-1 hour workout consists of: Short sessions with toning exercises for posture correction/muscle balance and weights for bone health.
